Although this article appeared earlier in the New York Times, the news blackout in this country did not mention a word.  This memo unequivocally establishes that Bush knew there were no WMD and talked about literally painting military planes to look like U.N. planes to fly over Iraq so that they would be shot down by Saddam and justify a reason to invade.  Read more here...
